Happy Birthday wishes to Dylan Palmer, Coleton Bass, Tamaz Guzman and Matthew Childers.
Thanks to Aero Thermo Technology, Inc. in Huntsville for their generous donation.  The money will be used for student and teacher supplies.  We greatly appreciate their support. Congratulations to Amber Smith and Reuben Wright, Jan-uary/February Students of the Month, selected from the following group of nominees: Kindergarten- Becka Turner First Grade- Lillie West Second Grade – Reuben Wright Third Grade – Holly Blackwood Fourth Grade- Selena Guzman Fifth Grade – Mason Kimbrell Sixth Grade – Dylan Palmer Seventh Grade – Amber Smith Eighth Grade – Tamaz Guzman. The Ryan School PTO will be holding a Miss Springtime Pageant on Saturday, April 9, at 10 a.m. at the school.
There will be a crowned winner and alternates in each age division and there will also be a Most Photogenic winner in each age division.  Photos may be professional or snapshots. Photos may be mailed or turned in with entry form and fee by 9:15 a.m. on the day of the pageant.  Please include your child’s name and age on the back of the picture.
The number of alternates in each division will be determined by the number of entries.  Entry forms may be mailed or turned in at the Ryan School office.  Judges will not be local. Divisions will be 0-12 months, Wee Miss; 12-24 months, Tiny Miss; 2-3 years, Sweet Miss; 4-5 years, Little Miss, 6-8 years, Lovely Miss; 9-11 years, Preteen Miss; 12-14 years (through eighth grade), Junior Miss and 15-18 years (ninth through twelfth grade), Miss Springtime. Groups may be combined or divided based on the number of participants. Everyone will receive a prize. This is a fundraiser for Ryan School athletics and the Ryan School PTO.  Entry fee is $40 for the pageant and photogenic fee is $5 per picture. Deadline for entry is Friday, April 1. A $10 late fee will be added to entries turned in after this date.  Judges decisions are final! Mail entries to Ryan School, PO Box 171, Joppa, Alabama 35087.
