With the arrival of May comes the annual Hartselle Area Chamber of Commerce Spring Fling. This events has two goals, two encourage shoppers to spend their money in Hartselle and to reward the shoppers who spend their money in Hartselle.

Spring Fling 2016 begins Mon., May 2.

The rules are simple, make purchases anywhere in the city of Hartselle between May 2 and May 21. Be sure to keep your receipts and hold onto all of them, until Sat., May 21. On the 21 bring all of your receipts to the Depot between the hours of 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. For every $10 you have spent in Hartselle (shown by your receipts) you will receive one ticket towards a chance to win prizes. The total amount of your purchases will be rounded to the nearest $10.00.

All of the ticket stubs will be put into a barrel and drawn out around 5 p.m. on May 21. The more tickets you have the greater your chance to win.

Last years winners went home with a flat screen TV, smoker grill, gas cards, dinners for two, gift baskets, jewelry and much more.

If you choose not to make purchases you can receive one ticket by making a request for it at the Depot on May 21, prior to the drawing.

By participating in Spring Fling everyone is a winner. The local merchants are winners, the shoppers are winners, and those with tickets drawn are winners. Shop Hartselle first where everyone wins.
