Funeral for Barry K. Compton, 54, of Trinity will be Wed., July 22, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Kenny Rogers and Bro. Ben Raper officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Stroup Cemetery in Punkin Center. Visitation will be Wed., July 22, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Compton died Sun., July 19, 2015, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born Oct. 31, 1960, in Morgan County to Elbert Floyd Compton and Mavene Lancaster Compton. He was a self-employed auto dealer. He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Cary Compton of Trinity; a son, Heath Compton of Trinity; a daughter, Heather Graves of Mississippi; a sister, Charlotte Raper of Mississippi; and four grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
