Arthur ‘Cowboy’ Dross

A memorial service for Arthur “Cowboy” Dross, 65, of Somerville will be held at a later date by the family.

Mr. Dross died Fri., July 19, 2013, at his residence. He was born April 10, 1948, in Washington County, WI., to Arthur Dross, Sr. and Donna Bell Klumb. Mr. Dross was a very well liked member of his community. He was loved and respected by his family and friends. He served his country in Vietnam with the 82nd Airborne 1st Battalion, returning home highly decorated with the Bronze Star, Vietnam Service Medal and the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry with Palm to name a few. He was a member of the Harley Davidson Enthusiasts. He spent many years in animal rescue and rehabilitation. He was preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his wife, Teresa Diane Garner Dross of Somerville; a son, Alex Dross of Waynesville, NC; four daughters, Amy St. Germain of Westbend, WI, Shannon Dross and Kristen Hawley, both of Somerville, Danielle Harris of Decatur; mother, Donna Bell Klumb of Waynesville, WI; a sister, Marty Mimke of Jackson, WI; ten grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
