A memorial service for Joey “Nub” Lane, 31, of Falkville will be announced at a later date by his family. Peck Funeral Home assisted with final arrangements.

Mr. Lane died on Wed., July 17, 2013. He was born Sat., Oct. 3, 1981, in Landstuhl, Germany to Byron Henry Lane and Sherry Lynn Farley. He was a painter at Sonoco (Metco).

He is survived by two sons, Keyan Anthony Lane and Jaydon Hood; parents, Byron Lane and Sherry Lynn Farley; a brother, John Lane; grandfather, George Dotson; and dear friend, Melissa Roper.
