Blankenship, Terry to wed
Tim and Debbie Blankenship of Moulton and Drexel and Kelly Boothe of Fairhope announce the engagement of their daughter, Summer Blankenship of Moulton, to Beau Terry, son of Stewart and Rebecca Terry of Hartselle.
The future bride is the granddaughter of Shirley Johnson of Moulton and the late Kenneth Johnson, Ed and Barb Engberg of Decatur and Jim and Ann Waldrop of Moulton. She is employed as a corporate trainer and safety coordinator for Cash USA in Decatur.
The future groom is the grandson of Laura Terry of Hartselle and the late William O. Terry Jr. and Marilyn Raney and the late Donald Raney of Decatur. He is employed as a project manager with Thermal Insulation in Decatur.
The wedding is planned for Sept. 27, 2008, at the home of the bride’s parents in Moulton.
Mayfield, Vickers to wed
Teddy and Renae Mayfield of Hartselle announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Brooke Mayfield, to Daniel Earl Vickers, son of Shela Eddy of Hartselle and the late Walter Earl Vickers Jr.
The future bride is the granddaughter of Revean McAbee of Hartselle and the late Raymond McAbee and the late Bowman and Mavo Mayfield. A graduate of Danville High School, she graduated from the University of Alabama and is employed with Wal-Mart pharmacy.
The future groom is the grandson of Joe and LeVonne Kirby of Hartselle and Walter and Virginia Vickers of Decatur. A graduate of Falkville High School, he is employed with Wayne Farms Processing.
The wedding is planned for June 7 at Hopewell Baptist Church.
Routh, Epp to wed June 13
Joe and Dottie Routh of Flint announce the engagement of their daughter, Yolanda Routh, to Derek Epp, son of Michael and Theresa Epp of Harvest.
The future bride is the granddaughter of the late Tom and Sue Walsh and the late Walter and Rosaline Routh. She is a 2000 graduate of Hartselle High School and a 2004 graduate of Auburn University with a degree in education.
The future groom is the grandson of Albert Vardell of Okmulgee, Okla., Bettye Vardell of Marlow Okla and Betty Wilson of Walters, Okla. He received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Auburn University.
The wedding is planned for June 13, 2008, at Monte Sano Lodge.
Tanner, Vinzant to wed
Jim and Karen Tanner of Danville announce the engagement of their daughter, Leslie Anis Tanner, to Robert Charles Vinzant Jr. of Falkville.
The future bride is the granddaughter of Fletcher and Eunice Hill of Decatur, Vellene Tanner of Danville and the late John Tanner.
She is a 2006 graduate of Athens State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a 2007 graduate of the University of North Alabama with an MBA with a concentration in accounting. She is employed as a staff accountant with Fricke, Sweatmon and Co. PC.
The future groom is the grandson of Cory Lee Vinzant of Hartselle, Estelle Vinzant of Bayfield, Wisc., Mildred Partlow of Falkville and the late William H. Partlow. A 2003 graduate of Auburn University with a degree in forestry, he received his master’s degree in agriscience education from Auburn in 2004. He is employed by the Lawrence County Board of Education as the agriscience teacher at Speake School.
The wedding is planned for June 14, 2008, at 4 p.m. at Falkville First Baptist Church.
