State of schools address scheduled for Oct. 20

The State of Hartselle City Schools address will be held Oct. 20 at 7:30 a.m. at Hartselle First United Methodist Church. Hartselle City Schools superintendent, Dr. Brian Clayton will be the keynote speaker of the event; his first address since joining the district as its leader last year.  

The system uses the annual event to highlight the school’s progress and present an annual report and strategic plan to the citizens of Hartselle. The event is presented by Redstone Federal Credit Union and put on by the Hartselle Area Chamber of Commerce. Registration for the event must be submitted by Oct. 12 and can be completed at https://business.hartsellechamber.com/events/details/state-of-the-schools-breakfast-5266.  Cost is $30 for chamber members and $50 for non-members.
