In early 2017, members of the Decatur Police Department’s Organized Crime Unit conducted a narcotics investigation that involved a female who had distributed a quantity of methamphetamine.

Officers obtained a warrant on Paula Suzette Holt for distribution of a controlled substance, and Jan. 14, contact was made with Holt at 1241 Point Mallard Parkway. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan County Jail.
Holt is being held at the Morgan County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
