Hartselle boys and girls soccer post big wins

The Hartselle boys and girl’s soccer teams posted big wins last week.

The girl’s team competed in the River Silver Shootout in Decatur on March 3rd and 4th. The Lady Tigers won the Silver Bracket by defeating Athens 2-1 and Buckhorn 4-3.

The boy’s team picked up two big area wins over Columbia and Austin. Hartselle defeated Columbia 5-0. Josh Cummins got the first goal for the Tigers. Kyle Patterson and Garrett Sexton each delivered two goals to finish the game.

Hartselle defeated Austin 5-1. Beau Nosal scored off a hat trick during the game. Sexton and Patterson also added goals. Addison Zanda, Romiro Zavala and Josh Cummins each had an assist for the Tigers.
