A memorial service for Anna E. Lewis, 40, of Decatur was Tues., April 12, at 7 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Peck Funeral Home directing.

Ms. Lewis died Sat., April 9, 2016, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born Oct. 9, 1975, in Marion County to George Ricky Lewis and Susan Elizabeth Pooser Lewis. She was a child nutritionist for Decatur City Schools.

She is survived by a daughter, Madison D. Lewis of Decatur; her parents, George Ricky and Susan Elizabeth Lewis of Decatur; a brother, James Lewis of Huntsville; her uncles, Glenn Pooser and Ron Lewis (Joan); her aunts, Donna Glover, (Bobby), Sandra Poose, Linda Eloise Stonecipher, (Leo) and Lynda Cochran (Scott).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the account they will be setting up for the care of her minor daughter. Donations may be made at Regions Bank.
