Members of the Falkville High School Class of 1957 gathered on Tues., June 9, for lunch at Momma’s Roadhouse Grill. Those enjoying lunch together were Bobby Glen Staples, Audrey Davenport, Marlon Tapscott, Katie Sue Hardin, Allen Holmes and wife Jan, Arthur Ray Summerford and wife Barbara, Ola Mae Wright, Marie Anders Odom, Jane Minter Padgett and husband Bill, Joe Murphy, John Knight, Edward Higdon and wife Merle and Lois Nell Williams Pickens and husband Billy Joe. The class extends thoughts and prayers to the family of Rufus Penn, a class member who died May 23, 2015. He will be missed.

The family of the late E. C. and Dottie Gibson met at Libby’s Restaurant at Priceville for a family get-together. Among those attending this event were Billy Gibson of Ga., Herman and Adell Gibson, Howard and Helen Gibson, Wayne and Gail Howard, Kim Gibson, Gary and Alice Dutton and Charles and Linda Williams.

Recent visitors of Herman and Adell Gibson have been Franklin and Sue Harrison of Decatur and Jerry Moody.
