Funeral for Brenda Wallace Hardy, 69, will be Wed.,  April 1, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tom Campbell officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Yellow Creek Baptist Cemetery in Leesburg.

Mrs. Hardy died Mon., March 30, 2015, at Legacy Health & Rehab. She was born April 21, 1945, in Morgan County to Marcus Tucker Wallace and Lola Bert Singleton. She was a bookkeeper for the Hartselle Oil Company for a number of years. She attended Shady Grove Baptist Church and was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by the father of her children Robert Jenkins; her husband, Thomas C. Hardy Jr.; and her parents.

She is survived by a son, Mark Jenkins (Dana) of Baileyton; two daughters, Martee Jenkins (Krystal Williamson) of Olive Branch, Miss. and Monica Vercher (Michael) of Birmingham; a brother, Danny Lynn Wallace of Hartselle; and three grandchildren, Weston Jenkins, Andrew Vercher and Madgie Vercher.

Pallbearers will be Lynn Wallace, Heath Wallace, Aidan Wallace, Jerry Junkins, Edgar Slaten and Tim Junkins.
