A memorial service for Betty Aittala, 80, of Hartselle will be Mon., April 6, at 2 p.m. at First Assembly of God in Clinton, Ky.

Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Hickman County, Ky.

Mrs. Aittala died Tues., March 31, 2015, at Huntsville Hospital. She was born June 8, 1934, in Hickman County, Ky., to Turney Lewis Dody and Lena O’Neal Dody. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Gene Aittala of Hartselle; a son, Michael Garzo’n, of Riverside, Ca.; three daughters, Betty Ann Domingus of Portland, Oreg., Barbara Wolman of California and Alicia Starr of Oreg.; two step-sons, Eric Aittala of N.C. and William Aittala of Riverside, Calif.; eight grandchildren; and three grandchildren.
