Eunice Ivalee Riddle Speegle

A graveside service for Eunice Ivalee Riddle Speegle, 86, of Cullman was Sun., Sept. 22, at 2 p.m. at Pine Torch Cemetery with the Rev. Etsel Riddle officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Mrs. Speegle died Thurs., Sept. 19, 2013, at Cullman County Long Term Care Center. She was born April 24, 1927, in Winston County to Oscar D. Hill and Virginia Hill. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Etsel Veto Riddle and Julion Speegle, her parents, four brothers, four sisters and her stepfather, Joe Ailkerson.

She is survived by three daughters, Gail Melendez and husband Robin of Decatur, Nell McMinn and husband Mike of Somerville and Dale Miller and husband John of Vinemont; five grandchildren, Tiffany Melendez, Kip Melendez and wife Natalie, Joseph Melendez, Tiwa Bice and husband Bryan and Heather Gullion; six great-grandchildren, Jordan Maxwell, Abi Melendez, Dylan Bice, Ali Melendez, Oliva Gullion and Drew Bice.

Pallbearers were Robin Melendez, Mike McMinn, Johnnie Miller, Kip Melendez and Joseph Melendez.

The family expresses their heartfelt gratitude to the Cullman Long Term Care – Folsom Center facility, nurses and CNAs, especially on the 4th floor. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to your church or a charity of your choice.
