Tichenor, Grisham to exchange vows May 27
Travis and Lynn Tichenor of Jackson, Miss. announce the engagement of their daughter, Carolyn “Carey” Ashley Tichenor, to David Leon Grisham, son of Michael and Michelle Grisham of Somerville.
The future bride is the granddaughter of W.O. Ray of Jackson and the late Carolyn Pee Ray, Ann Tichenor of Jackson and the late Robert Tichenor.
A 2002 graduate of Clinton High School, she was a 2006 summa cum laude graduate of Mississippi State University with a bachelor of science degree in chemistry. At MSU, she was a member of the National Chemical Society and the MSU Student Association.
The future groom is the grandson of the late Irene McCreary of El Ceritto, Calif; the late Norwood Grisham of Oakland, Calif; and the late Mr. and Mrs. Chester “Robbie” Robinson of Oakland, Calif.
A 2001 graduate of Hartselle High School, he will graduate in May from Mississippi State University with a bachelor of arts degree in architecture. He was a member of the Reformed United Fellowship at MSU.
The wedding is planned for May 27 at 5:30 p.m. at Jackson’s Camp in Ridgeland, Miss.
