Tenth annual Puckett reunion held Oct. 2

The 10th annual Puckett Reunion was held at the Charles Sparkman Park near Neel on Oct. 2. There were 51 present. The weather was great and the food was better. Charlie Thompson welcomed everyone and told each to invite some of our Puckett family to join us next October. Gurnailene Braswell gave the financial report on the Puckett Cemetery fund.

The cemetery is in pretty good shape but we’re planning a workday next spring to get it looking better. Frank Sparkman blessed the food. Everyone enjoyed the food and fellowship. Frank and his wife are from California. Those present were: Paul and Charlie Montgomery, Cecil and Jan Sparkman, Richard Sparkman, Troy Sparkman, Dorothy Beggs, Robert, Connye and John Michael Long, Mark, Andrew, Jay and David Pike, Elsie Pike, Frank and Yolanda Sparkman, Doris Clark, Don Jr., Sherri, Elijah and Elizabeth Clark, Ken, Julie and Mikayla James, Polly James, Lindsey Childres, Johnny and Mary McKay, Allison, Bailee and Connor Siniard, Jonnie Russell, Connie and Erin Gillott, Edith Long, Faith Marshall, Sandra DeGraffaried, Mae Sue Wallace, Vonie Mitchell, Wes, Kassie, Kenlee and Hudson Mitchell, Tommy, Janice and Colton Spinks, Gurnialene Braswell, Geri Smith, Bobby Lane, Joyce Strickland and Charlie Thompson.
