CB&S Bank hires branch sales manager

 Steve Hopper has been named branch sales manager of the CB&S Bank location in Decatur on Beltline Road.  

Hopper graduated from Morgan County High School and furthered his education at Calhoun Community College, according to the announcement of his hire. He has 40 years of finance experience, with five years of banking experience. He chose to go into the banking field because he wanted to be able to help people meet their financial needs.  

Hopper has completed the Principles of Banking Certificate Program and has completed Dale Carnegie Leadership Training courses. He is a member of First Baptist Church in Hartselle.  

CB&S Bank is a $1.9 billion community bank, headquartered in Russellville and operating 56 offices in the Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee markets. The company offers a complete line of full-service banking products and other related financial services to retail and commercial customers through its subsidiaries.
