Funeral for Charles (Chuck) Tucholski, 71, was Thur., April 6, 2017 at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Thomas Sykes officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Mr. Tucholski died on Tues., April 4, 2017 at his residence. He was born Oct. 22, 1945, in Lucas County to Steve Frank Tucholski and Rose Frances Okanski Tucholski. He was employed by Decatur General Hospital as the Food Service Director prior to his retirement. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Martha Patricia Tucholski of Hartselle; a son, Steve Charles Tucholski of Hartselle; three daughters, Amy Tucholski Stevens (Kevin) of Priceville, Angela Tucholski Adkins of Birmingham and Leigh Anne Tucholski Davis (Greg) of Birmingham; a brother, Bernard Tucholski (Mary Ann) of Salt Lake City, Utah; a sister, Cathy McCoy; three grandchildren, Jordan Harkins Jonathan Harkins
Jordan Stevens and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the charity of your choice.
