Hartselle High School added another in a long list of college sports signees when Briana Tucker signed with Bethel University. However, it wasn’t a traditional signing as Tucker became the first Hartselle high school student to sign a fishing scholarship. Tucker has been turning heads in the sport as she won the Timmy Horton bass anglers challenge back in October. “I was praying all week that God would bless me with five big ones,” Tucker said of her win at the challenge. Tucker won two scholarships totaling $4,500 during the competition.
