Funeral for Teresa Simmons, 56, of Danville was Wed., Jan. 20, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Dennis Terry and Bro. Anthony Simmons officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial was in Oak Ridge Cemetery.

Mrs. Simmons died Sun., Jan. 17, 2016, at Huntsville Hospital. She was born March 10, 1959, in Douglas County, Neb., to Sidney Anderson Bullard and Bobbie Jean Mitchell Bullard. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Linda Fuhlrodt and Brenda Janczak.

She is survived by her husband, Travis Simmons; two sons, Chris Simmons and Brandon Simmons (Theresa)-“Girl”; five brothers, Steve Bullard, Alva “Al” Bullard, Larry Bullard, Barry Bullard and Kerry Bullard; two sisters, Claudette Woods and Nikki Watwood; two grandchildren, Devon Simmons and Shayla Goodwin McMillan; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Pallbearers were nephews.
