Funeral for Linda Rose, 68, of Hartselle will be Fri., Sept. 4, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bobby Ray Halbrooks officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Hartselle Memory Gardens.

Mrs. Rose died Tues., Sept. 1, 2015, at Huntsville Hospital. She was born Oct. 9, 1946, in Essex, Mo., to Carl Edward Hill and Margaret Christine Ellenburg Hill. She was employed as a social worker for the Department of Human Resources. Mrs. Rose helped to raise and played a very special role in the lives of her nieces, Christy and Regina. She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Keith Rose of Hartselle; a brother, Charles Edward Hill (Sue) of Hartselle; three sisters, Gail Hill Reyer (Dorsey) of Birmingham, JoAnn Ennis of Hartselle and Peggy McClellan (Kenneth) of Eva; and nieces, Christy Motes of Decatur and Regina Hancock of Virginia.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
