Charles “Larry” Stiles

Funeral for Charles ‘Larry’ Stiles, 62, of Falkville will be Sun., March 15, at 2 p.m. at Fairview: The Grace Place in Falkville.

Burial will be at Falkville Cemetery. Visitation will be at 1 p.m. at the church.

Mr. Stiles died Tues., March 10, 2015, at Summerford Nursing Home. Mr. Stiles was born on May 29, 1952, to Charles L. Stiles and Emily E. Crow Stiles Brown in Birmingham. Mr. Stiles was well known for his love of Alabama Football and old country music. He was especially known for always carrying a music player by his side. In 2000, Mr. Stiles received the award from the Jackson County Area Employment of People with Disabilities for Outstanding Employee of the year. Throughout Mr. Stiles’ life, he resided in Guntersville, Fyffe and Falkville, as well as Lake Charles, La. Mr. Stiles was preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his mother, his four brothers, Randy Stiles (Maria), Jeff Stiles (Judy), Matthew Stiles (Rene) and Craig ‘Kelley’ Stiles (Theresa); ten cousins; and nine nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Chris Garnett, Marty Garnett, Brian Stiles, Jeremy Stiles, Brandon Stiles and Matthew H. Stiles.
