Funeral for Scotty Bernard Lawrence, 59, of Hartselle will be Tues., March 5, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Clergy Tommy Lee officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Hartselle Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Mon. from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Lawrence died Sun., March 3, 2013 at his residence. He was born May 3, 1953 to Gurney Bernard Lawrence and Annie Sue Pitman. Mr. Lawrence was a member of Decatur Presbyterian Church and of Decatur Elks Lodge number 655. He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Tilley Lawrence, of Hartselle; a son, Clint Lawrence of Somerville; a daughter, Mona Garcia of Spartanburg, S.C.; a brother, Patrick Lawrence of Trinity; and six grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Paul Martin, Mike Akers, A.J. Garcia, Alex Garcia and Jackie Morgan.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hospice of the Valley.
