Seek God’s guidance and wait patiently for His answers

In my dictionary, the definition for wait is 1. to remain inactive until something expected happens 2. to postpone or delay something 3. to look forward to eagerly. I will be the first one to tell you that I get impatient. I’m not one who likes to wait. In I Samuel: 13, the scriptures tell us how Saul acted impatiently. When Saul felt that time was running out his impatience caused him to act against God’s will. When we are faced with a difficult decision make sure that your impatience does not lead you to do what is not in agreement with God’s word. Being impatient can also show your lack of faith. So we must seek God’s guidance as we wait patiently.
