Funeral for Rodney Mack Fields, 41, of Moulton was Sunday, July 12, at 3 p.m. at Danville Baptist Church with Bro. Jack Bailey and Bro. Marshall Turner officiating and Parkway Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Fields died Friday, July 10, 2009, at Decatur General Hospital. He was born Dec. 21, 1967, in Morgan County to Don and Jan Fields. He was a GE controlman, a member of Danville Baptist Church and a member of the Alabama Air National Guard. Rodney loved his family and enjoyed Harley-Davidson motorcycles. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John Robert Payne Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. L. E. Fields.
He is survived by his wife, Tracy Parker Fields of Moulton; a son, Austin Browett of Moulton; a daughter, Harlie Fields of Moulton; his parents, Don and Jan Fields of Danville; a brother, Rickey Fields and wife Janet of Danville; a sister, Tracy Todd and husband Thomas of Huntsville; and his grandmother, Minnie Mae Payne.
Pallbearers were Ricky Fields, Jacob Fields, Tyler Fields, Richie Hollaway, Ronnie Flick, Austin Browett and Thomas Todd.
