Harrison, Long to exchange vows
Mr. and Mrs. Mark Harrison of Hartselle announce the engagement of their daughter, Kassie Desiree Harrison, to Caleb Andrew Long, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Long of Hartselle.
The future bride is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. L.Q. Harrison of Hartselle, Mary Chandler of Rogersville and the late Wayne Chandler.
The future groom is the grandson of Juanita Goodner and the late William Goodner and the late Mr. and Mrs. Orval Long, all of Hartselle.
The wedding is planned for Aug. 9, 2008, in Orange Beach.
Jones, Marzette to wed
Teresa and Jeff Sharpley of Hartselle announce the engagement of their daughter, Christi LaShara Jones, to Terence Leron Marzette of Birmingham, son of Thomas and Patricia Marzette of Birmingham.
The future bride is the daughter of Norah and Ella Jones of Hartselle. She is a 2002 graduate of Alabama A&M with a degree in accounting. She received her MBA in 2006 from Auburn University. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
The future groom is the grandson of Maggie Beale of Birmingham and Theodore Marzette of Memphis, Tenn. He received a degree in mechanical engineering in 2001 from Alabama A&M.
The wedding is planned for Aug. 9, 2008, at Point Mallard Parkway Church of Christ in Decatur.
Terry, Black to wed Sept. 6
Roy Terry and Diane Lewter, both of Hartselle, announcement the engagement of their daughter, Catina Diane Terry, to Shannon Luke Black, son of Jerry and Brenda Black of Athens.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Mack and Dorothy Russell of Hartselle and Florence Terry of Decatur and the late P.R. Terry. She is a 1993 graduate of Hartselle High School.
The future groom is the grandson of the late Emmett and Susie Black of Athens and the late Milton and Mary Maddox of Pulaski, Tenn. He is a 1997 graduate of Elkmont High School.
The wedding is planned for Sept. 6, 2008, at Hartselle Church of Christ.
