Funeral for Sonny Beasley, 65, of Somerville will be Sat., Dec. 14, 2013, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Toney Collins officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Beasley Family Cemetery. Visitation will be Fri., Dec. 13, 2013, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Beasley died Tues., Dec. 10, 2013, at his residence. He was born Dec. 29, 1947, in Tennessee to Emmett and Frances Beasley. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Ann Beasley; his parents; and brother, James Beasley.

He is survived by three sons, Emmett Eugene Beasley of Somerville, Kevin Earl Beasley and wife Carolyn of Hartselle and Brian Shane Beasley and wife Patsy of Somerville; three daughters, Crystal Ann Pitts and husband Steven of Huntsville, Virginia Milina Thomas of Falkville and Dana Katrina Weaver and husband Mark of Falkville; two brothers, Kenneth Beasley of Decatur and Ricky Beasley of Speake; four sisters, Sandra Reeves of Somerville, Carolyn Panos of Birmingham, Sharon Pearman of Birmingham, Michelle Mosley of Town Creek; 14 grandchildren; two great-granchildren.

Pallbearers will be family and friends
