Hartselle Sweeps Priceville & Madison Academy
The Hartselle Tigers swept Class 4A No. 4 Priceville and Class 5A No. 5 Madison Academy in volleyball action on Tuesday night.
The Tigers (10-4) defeated Madison Academy 25-22 and 25-17 to open the evening. In the nightcap, they defeated Priceville 26-24 and 25-19.
Lillyanna Cartee finished with 19 kills and 38 digs to lead the Hartselle attack. Gracie Tapscott finished the night with 50 assists, 17 digs, and four assists while Tori Hughes added 37 digs. Jadyn Chesser had 15 kills while Jessica Jarrett added 12 digs and 10 kills.
