One killed in multi-vehicle wreck

Police have confirmed one person was killed in the multi-vehicle wreck on Highway 36 in Hartselle.
Leonar Hernandez was fatally injured in the wreck that involved an 18-wheeler near West Hartselle Baptist Church and Sims Road Tuesday afternoon, according to the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office.
Police said two others were injured in the wreck.
The road was closed for several hours. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the wreck.
