Town of Falkville announces winners of fall decorating contest

The Town of Falkville recently announced their 2022  winners for the fall decorating contest. Businesses-1st place-Falkville Elementary, 2nd place-Falkville Health and Rehab, 3rd place-Emmy Anna’s Salon, Churches-1st place-Victory Fellowship, 2nd place-Falkville Falkville First Baptist, 3rd place-Pine Street Baptist, Residential-1st place-Cheri Sellers, 2nd place-Patti Ozbolt, 2nd place-Tina Summerford, 3rd place-Jennifer Cameron. The Town of Falkville expresses their appreciation to all of the participants.  

Cruisin for Tammy Cancer Benefit  

The Cruisin for Tammy Cancer Benefit will be held Nov. 5 from 11 am until 4 pm, across from Weavers Meat Processing, at Rocky Acres, 2141 Hwy 55 West in Hartselle.  All of the proceeds go to the Tammy Bruton Cancer Benefit. There will be music, 50/50 drawing, silent auction and a bake sale. The Cruisin for Tammy benefit is presented by BEELINE Highway Cruisers, Big Shakes Fish and Chicken, Challenger Demons, The Cajun Gator and Tiki Hut Tan. If anyone would like to donate some baked goods, please drop them off on the day of the event. Everyone is invited to attend.
