Hartselle’s Heath commits to Jacksonville State women’s golf
Hartselle senior Jinger Heath has committed to play college golf at Jacksonville State University.
Heath is a four-time winner of the Morgan County Tournament and helped lead Hartselle to a second-place finish in the 2022 AHSAA State Championships. She is also a three-time winner of the Decatur Daily’s girls golfer of the year.
She will play for coach Robbie Fields, who was recently hired as women’s golf head coach at Jacksonville State. He is also a Hartselle graduate.
She will be joining her brother Ryley in Jacksonville. He will be playing this season for the Gamecocks after competing at Calhoun Community College last season.
