Agents seize more than 6 pounds of meth, 2 pounds of cocaine

April 7 agents with the Morgan County Sheriff’s Drug Enforcement Unit, Madison County Narcotics Unit, Alabama Law Enforcement Agency and Special Agents with the Drug Enforcement Administration conducted an operation in Priceville involving methamphetamine and cocaine trafficking.  

During the course of the investigation, agents seized more than 6 pounds of methamphetamine and more than 2 pounds of cocaine. 

After conducting the investigation, agents placed Lorenzo Obeth Alejandro-Lara, Juan Alberto Cordoba-Zambrano and Joel Alejandro Martinez under arrest for trafficking in methamphetamine and trafficking in cocaine.  

All three subjects were transported to the Morgan County Jail, with bond set at $20,000.
