Town-wide yard sale returns to Falkville in April

By Staff Reports

Yard sale-lovers are in for a treat next month when the second annual town-wide, weekend-long yard sale returns to Falkville April 29-30.

While there will be no cost to participate in the event, limited spaces will be offered at Town Hall on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure a space at Town Hall, applications must be filled out and returned by April 16.

The yard sale will be held from 7 a.m. until about 1 p.m. each day, depending on the weather.

Falkville residents and non-residents alike are invited to hold yard sales that coincide with the event, and if they register with Falkville Town Hall, their yard sales will be added to a map that will be passed out to patrons.

In the event of rain or other inclement weather, alternate days will be announced.

For an application, visit Falkville Town Hall at 21 N. First Ave. or visit www.falkville.org or the Town of Falkville Facebook page.
