The Hartselle High School Tiger Paws won third place in the nation in the junior varsity kick competition and fifth place in the pom competition. The team won first place in the same categories at the state level at the NDA Bama Dance Championship before their success on the national stage. Team members include captain Maggie Guyse, co-captain Emma Buckley, Olivia Counts, Stella Phillips, Kayleen Coggin, Caroline Phillips, Kaitlyn Moore, Sarah Westbrook, Avery Delaney, Gracie Exum, Maggie Beth King and Mattie Reynolds. The team is coached by Jenny Faulk and Tisha Bates.
