Lacey’s Spring man faces solicitation charges

A Lacey’s Spring man is in custody following a felony arrest warrant.

Dec. 14 Morgan County Sheriff’s Office investigators obtained a felony arrest warrant on Cecil Anthony West for electronic solicitation of a child. The charges are the result of an investigation that began Nov. 7.

Dec. 16 investigators, with the assistance of the sheriff’s office patrol division, attempted to arrest West at his residence in the 9000 block of Highway 36 East, but he was not home at the time.
