Wallace State releases summer 2021 president’s, dean’s lists

Wallace State Community College has named 241 students to the president’s and dean’s lists for the summer semester, including several from Franklin County. 

To earn a spot on the president’s list, students must maintain a perfect 4.0 grade point average for the semester while taking a course load of 12 or more hours. Area students earning honors include: 

  • From Decatur: Anna Campbell and Sean Perejda 
  • From Hartselle: Reagan Corder, Jennifer Lucas, Allison Mayfield and Zachary Miller 
  • From Eva: Taylor Dudley 
  • From Falkville: Matthew White 
  • From Somerville: Narayana Amaya-Taylor 

To earn a spot on the dean’s list, students must maintain a 3.5 grade point average for the semester while taking a course load of 12 or more hours. Area students earning honors include: 

  • From Decatur: Kira Brown, Ashley Clem, Kayla Dudley and Cassie Stone 
  • From Hartselle: Amber Davis, Faith Harrison, Courtney Pepper and Brock White 
  • From Eva: Amy Bogle 
  • From Falkville: Lisa Cole and Shelby Ricketts 

Fall session is underway, with registration still available for Mini Term II, which begins Oct. 14. Priority registration for spring 2022 will begin Nov. 16, with classes starting Jan. 10.
