Hartselle 7-year-old finishes third at national motocross championship

Hartselle 7-year-old Braxton Halbrooks finished third in the Loretta Lynn Amateur National Motocross Championship this past week.
This marked Halbrooks’ third appearance at the championship held in Tennessee. After finishing 36th overall in 2019 and 16th overall this past year, Halbrooks ranked third in his age division, which featured 42 riders.
Halbrooks, a second-grader at Priceville Elementary School, is the son of Ryan and Brittney Halbrooks.
