Fill the Bus school supply drive continues

The Fill the Bus school supply drive began Monday and continues to accept donations of school supplies for students in need.

Sites across the city have been designated as drop-off locations for school supplies to benefit local students. School buses will be parked at Hartselle First Assembly, Life Church, Daystar, American Legion and the Hartselle Farmer’s Market.

Specific school supply needs are:

—Hand-held pencil sharpeners

— Multi-colored highlighters

— Scissors

— Glue sticks

— Earbuds

— Packs of five or eight dividers with pockets

— Composition notebooks

— Graph composition notebooks

— Girls black legging pants sizes extra small through extra large

The supply drive will continue until Aug. 1. It is sponsored by the Hartselle Area Chamber of Commerce, Integration, One Source Office Products, Diamond Pro, New Build Cleaning Services, Chad Hughey State Farm and American Legion Post 52.
