Hartselle football hosts second annual Ribeye Throwdown

The Hartselle football program recently hosted its second annual Ribeye Throwdown fundraiser.

The event took place June 4-5 at the Sheriff’s Posse Showground.

“The event was really amazing,” said head coach Bryan Moore. “We brought several teams to Hartselle to compete in both the Burger Challenge and the Ribeye Throwdown.”

The two-day event also offered a children’s pork chop challenge and a unique challenge for Shining Stars.

“I am so thankful for the support from our parents and many of our boosters,” said Moore. “It was a great weekend.”
