Police arrest one for meth

A Decatur man found himself behind bars after a traffic stop in late May.  

According to authorities, May 28 police arrested Cody Wayne Terry, 25, of Decatur for possession of methamphetamine and several misdemeanor charges.  

Terry’s bond was set at $2,400.

The arrest was the result of a traffic stop. The arresting officer observed Terry commit a traffic violation and attempted to stop the vehicle. A brief chase took place until Terry traveled down a dead-end road and got stuck.
