HPD names officer of quarter

Capt. Robert Finn has been selected as Officer of the Quarter for the first quarter of 2020. According to a post on Facebook made by the HPD, Finn has worked during the COVID-19 pandemic to acquire PPE and other needed supplies to ensure the safety of HPD personnel. “His efforts have not gone unnoticed, and his peers selected him for this recognition to show their appreciation for all his hard work.”
