Hartselle man arrested on felony warrants
Deputies with the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Hartselle man Tuesday on three felony warrants. Jordan David Raper, 18, was arrested at his place of employment Jan. 21 and was charged with one count of traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act and two counts of transmitting obscene material to a child by computer, authorities said.
The charges stem from Raper’s alleged use of social media in relation to a child under the age of 15. He was booked in the Morgan County Jail with a $20,000 bond.
