Hartselle High students raise funds with Christmas ornaments, order deadline is Friday

Members of the Hartselle High National Art Honor Society will continue to sell hand-painted, wooden ornaments until Dec. 6 to raise funds for the club. HHS Visual Arts Teacher Melanie Calvert said the round wooden ornaments were cut by her father, Mitchell Hughes, from a tree limb from his yard in Hartselle. The club has raised nearly $500.

Ornaments are sized 3-4.5 inches in diameter. Prices are from $6-10, depending on size. Place orders online at myschoolbucks.com and select Hartselle High School. Ornaments can be picked up from the HHS office during school hours Dec. 10-13.
