DANVILLE– The Hawks completed their final regular season game on the road last Thursday night at Fairview High School where they lost 34-6.
Head Coach Shannon McGregory said the season was hard and came with a lot of ups and downs, but they are going to take the experience they gained and use it to grow and mature as a team.
“It was a tough season there were a lot of lessons learned,” McGregory said. “I enjoyed coaching these seniors and we will get back to work on Monday.”
The sole touchdown against Fairview came in a Bryson Templeton six-yard pass to Landon Upton.
According to Andy Wilson with Danville, it was his first and only touchdown pass all year.
Danville finished 0-10 for the year.
