Enquirer seeks community correspondents

Staff Reports

In an effort to more fully cover the community news Morgan County readers want to see in the pages of the Hartselle Enquirer, the newspaper staff is seeking community correspondents.

Managing editor Rebekah Martin said the ideal candidate for one of these writing positions will someone who has a finger on the pulse of their community and know the goings-on and “who’s who” of Priceville, New Center, Cotaco and other areas of the county.

These candidates will also be able to tell the stories of citizens of Morgan County, commit to generating a news article on a weekly basis and meet deadlines.

Community news is the lifeblood of the Hartselle Enquirer and Morgan Countian. Whether it’s upcoming school events, church meetings or other community happenings, the Enquirer staff aims to publish quality articles that inform the public.

For more information on becoming a community correspondent, email news@hartselleenquirer.com or call (256) 773-6566.
