Ann Smith – Oct. 31, 2017

Funeral service for Ann Smith, 74, was held Nov. 4 at 2 p.m. at Valhermoso Holiness Church with Bro. Tim Patrick and Bro. Gerald Case officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Her body was laid in state for one hour prior to the service at the Church.  Burial was in Valhermoso Holiness Cemetery.  

Mrs. Smith died Oct. 31 at Huntsville Hospital. She was born Nov. 29, 1942, in Morgan County to Oliver Boyett and Gladys

Leoma (West) Boyett. She was a member of Valhermoso Holiness Church and was

a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Kim Davis and brother Stanley Boyett.

Survivors include one daughter, Sheila Edwards (David); two sisters, Glenda Wilson (Walter) and Patricia Boyett; and five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Dwight Edwards, Dustin Worley, Josh Kelly, Austin Davis,

Gary Thompson and Michael Trosper.
