Funeral for Kevin Dee Earls, 47, was Thur., Sept. 14, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Bro. J. Wayne Penn officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial was in Mt.  Zion Cemetery.

Mr. Earls died Mon., Sept. 11, 2017 at his residence. He was born May 24, 1970, in Decatur to Earnie Earls and Merlene Frances Denney Earls, who preceded him in death. Mr. Earls was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. He loved his animals, fishing and Hot Wheels. He also loved going to the beach.

Survivors include his father, Earnie Earls; a sister, Melinda Harris (Wayne) and a niece, Piper Harris.

Pallbearers were Noah Earls, Dustin Earls, Myron Tapscott, Taylor Baker, Jason West and Coty Tapscott.
