Morgan County Commission Dec. 20th Meeting agenda items

Morgan County Commission met Tues., Dec. 20, and acted on the following agenda items:

• Adopted a resolution authorizing payment in the amount of $11,628.80 to West Morgan East Lawrence Water Authority for Utility Relocate on Vaughn Bridge Road for bridge replacement Project STPOA-5213(250), MCP 52-136-12 – District Two. Final Utility Agreement was approved 3/26/2015.

• Adopted a resolution authorizing payment to Terracon Consultants, Inc. for Contract No. E1145197 for services related to the bridge replacement project Cedar Creek Church Road (District 3) $1,161.44.  

•Adopted a resolution amending Resolution 17-074, approved the 13th day of December, 2016, to correct the model year of the vehicle from 2017 to 2016.

• Adopted a  resolution authorizing the chairman to enter into an Agreement with Telmate, LLC for a settlement of the inmate telephone services dispute.

• Adopted a resolution approving Budget Amendments for various departments for September 2016.

• Approved Morgan County Financial Statements for the period of October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016.

• Approved invoices totaling $4,126.70 for Morgan County.

• Approved disbursements for November 2016, totaling $4,327,228.51

• Adopted a resolution authorizing the expenditure of $500 payable out of the Contingency Fund, to Decatur-Morgan County Minority Development Association representing support for the 2017 Martin Luther King, Jr. Unity Breakfast scheduled for January, 16, 2017.
