Funeral for Douglas S. Webster, 54, of Hartselle will be Fri., Sept. 30, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Robert Weaver officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Visitation will be Thurs., Sept. 29, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

 

Mr. Webster died Sat., Sept. 24, 2016. He was born Feb. 28, 1962, in Morgan County to Noah Fulton Webster, Jr. and Peggy Nell Stephenson Webster. He was a graduate of Morgan County High School, Class of 1980. Mr. Webster was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church and a current employee of the Morgan County Co-op in Hartselle. He was a former employee of Copeland Corporation, with 34 years of service in Quality Control.
He is survived his wife, Amanda Thomas Webster of Hartselle; a son, Dakota Webster (fiance’ Amy Micklow) of Hartselle; a daughter, Kristi Webster Nix (Brock); parents, Noah Webster, Jr. and Peggy Webster of Hartselle; two sisters, Donna Bradley (Tom) and Debbie Hamlin (Steve); two grandchildren, Kennedi Nix and Kenzli Nix; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Morgan County Humane Society.
