Funeral for Mary Edna Gann, 87, of Hartselle will be Sat., Sept. 10, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Hartselle City Cemetery.

Mrs. Gann died Wed., Sept. 7, 2016, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born Aug. 29, 1929, in Morgan County to John William Guire and Ada Embry Guire. She was a homemaker, a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and a member of Flint Baptist Church. She loved to sew, was an avid gardener and a nature lover. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Billy Gann.

She is survived two daughters, Karen Leslie Gann (Sean Bickel) of Huntsville and Marsha Gann McLemore of Decatur; a sister, Margarette Russell of Decatur; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Isaac Englund, Sawyer McLemore, Sean Bickel and John Hart.
